HIBI, over the past 40 years and counting has been nothing but versatile. To believe and see theological education transmitted from generation to generation, HIBI has proudly adapted to a fully online mode of operations.
The online mode provides holistic access using technological advancements such as Zoom, as well as Google Classroom, and other digital resources.
While having these fully functional digital resources, our head office in New Delhi has a fully stacked physical library available for access for students and faculty.

It's been my privilege to be part of the HIBI team since 1986. Our mission has always been to prepare dedicated individuals for the expansion of God's Kingdom, primarily in India, but also across other nations. At HIBI, we believe in educating students in an environment that champions the rich diversity of those called to ministry. We strive to cultivate a community—encompassing students, staff, faculty, administration, board members, and supporters—that truly embodies biblical unity and diversity. As Galatians 3:28 reminds us, worldly distinctions like language, socioeconomic status, or gender hold no sway within the body of Christ. While these earthly differences don't disappear, Christ provides a profound unity that transcends them.

In a world often mired in theological confusion, we are committed to a foundation that is biblical in essence, apostolic in faith, Pentecostal in emphasis, and practical in application. Our goal isn't to produce abstract theologians, but to equip practical workers who can effectively minister to others, offering a life rooted in sound reasoning and proclaiming Jesus as the sole Savior. We encourage our students to be proud, faithful interpreters of God's Word, understanding its real-life application for winning lost souls.
Despite various challenges, we remain steadfast in our faith, proclaiming the freedom found in Christ and the proper path to salvation through Him alone. We want our students to become powerful role models for Christ wherever their journey takes them. We've witnessed firsthand how committed students can blossom into champions for the Gospel message.
